Tobacco

o ya i defensibility think we should legalize the tobacco in the u.s because people don't really know what they are getting them selfs into. it might help relax for that moment but then they have to keep on using it because they get so addictive to it that they cant stop.
some might know that there lungs will turn black, they could die, there teeth will turn yellow and have black stuff of them, there clothing hair will smell, and it might get super that they have to walk around with an oxygen tan because they diced to smoke.
in some states there is a limit to when you can buy tobacco products in pa its 18 but in some like Alaska you have to be 19 but in some they go as far as 21. and if you try to get them you could end up with a fine.

Louisiana-

Effective Jan 1 2007, the Louisiana smoke free Air Act took effect, prohibiting smoking in public buildings, schools, and restaurants. The law makes an exception for private residences and vehicles, bars, tobacco shops, and race tracks. The penalty for first-time offenders is a $25 citation, followed by a $50 citation for second-time offenses and $100 citations for subsequent offenses.
Bhutan may be the first country in the world to have banned all tobacco products for its citizens.The ban reportedly does not apply to "foreign tourists", diplomats, and those working for NGOs". Dec 2004. All tobacco products have been banned in the Himalayan nation of Bhutan. Offenders face a $210 dollar fine and shop owners will lose their business license. Foreigners and diplomats are exempt, but will be charged with smuggling if they transfer tobacco to locals. The government has imposed a 100% tax on all tobacco products brought into the country for personal consumption by Bhutanese.

Japan-

Minimum Age: 20

Netherlands -

Minimum Age: 16
and even though there is a age limit most of the times its ignored and minors still get away with it. but even if they do get caught and if part of there body will be removed they will still smoke and get high and what ever it takes just to feel that relaxation. and nothing can stop them not the council's programs or those patches or anything else they will keep doing that for the rest of there life's. but if they stop selling the drugs a whole bunch of people will be saved.
they might try to get it from other places but if they get rid of it in the us then they have to go out side the country and maybe that will stop them somewhat.
